HTC and Samsung must be thinking what the fuck?

Retina Ass Graphics
Upgrading your app with “Retina Graphics” isn’t going to help if the original looks like ass. Really, getting your cousin to do the graphic for your game because he’s got a B in art class in the 10th grade isn’t a design plan.

So tired of iPhone apps that look like they were designed by PC programmers that haven’t updated their chops since 2001.
Look, this is a different world we live in now. Good looking, well designed apps belong on the iPhone. Crap without UX design and style belong on Android.

Make an amazingly great, fantastically designed, original app. Tell everyone you know about it. The press and community will soon catch on. If it doesn’t — perhaps it wasn’t as great as you’d hoped.

If you are going to use my time by sending me PR, make it good. If I see a pitch email that includes “the best we can do” or mentions that an update is coming soon I put the address in my killfile. You get just one shot with most media outlets. Only come with your best shit or you waste my time and yours.
